The flooring is wooden, but the overall interior boasts a very clean and crisp white tone. The chairs are made from a soft, cushiony material that evokes the feeling of sitting on clouds. On the table, you’ll find tissues, small plates, water cups, spoons, and chopsticks neatly set up. In the center, there’s a round marking that indicates where the built-in induction cooker is located. The pot is placed directly on the table, and you can control the heat with a remote control. I was impressed by how clean and convenient this system is!

The menu here is very simple. As a specialty Shabu-shabu restaurant, it includes only the essential dishes, making it easy to choose and allowing you to focus on the experience. The straightforward menu design helps customers fully enjoy the authentic flavors of Shabu-shabu.
The menu, originally written in Korean, has been translated for your convenience. When ordering, please choose your preferred beef type: Australian or Korean Hanwoo. Vegetables and beef come with an additional charge, so feel free to order more if needed after finishing your initial serving!
Next, you’ll need to choose your broth. There are three different flavors to choose from.
- The soy-mushroom broth is a clear and savory option. With a hint of saltiness, it allows you to fully appreciate the natural flavors of the vegetables and meat. If you’re looking for a clean and umami-rich meal, the soy-mushroom broth is the perfect choice.
- The spicy mushroom broth has a rich red color, offering a combination of spiciness and savory flavor. It provides a tingling sensation in your mouth, making it the perfect choice for those who enjoy a bit of heat in their meals.
- The creamy beef bone broth is one of the special offerings here. It combines the rich, deep flavor of traditional beef bone broth with a creamy texture, creating a savory and satisfying experience. When you cook meat or vegetables in it, the richness of the broth enhances the flavors, making your Shabu-shabu experience even more indulgent.
Lastly, after enjoying the Shabu-shabu, you’ll need to choose your final meal. Once you’ve finished the vegetables and meat, you can select one of four options for your post-Shabu-shabu meal. The options are organic perilla seed and seaweed porridge, rice noodles, Korean wheat knife-cut noodles, and oil pasta. Among these, the most popular choice is the organic perilla seed and seaweed porridge.
When ordering, you'll need to inform the staff of your choices for the meat, broth, and final meal all at once. The staff will monitor your eating pace and prepare each item in sequence to ensure everything is served at the right time!

The Shabu-shabu I ordered has arrived! I chose the soy-mushroom broth. The staff poured the broth into the pot for me. There are over 10 different kinds of vegetables included. Scissors and tongs are provided separately, so you can cut the larger mushrooms and vegetables before cooking them. Since the vegetables are spread out, the broth may overflow onto the table once it starts boiling. Keep an eye on it and stir the ingredients well to prevent the broth from spilling over.

When you order Shabu-shabu, three dipping sauces are provided. Each sauce has a distinct flavor, allowing you to enjoy the same ingredients in a variety of ways. This adds a delightful diversity to your meal.
- The yogurt sauce is refreshingly tangy, making it a delightful choice. When the savory and slightly salty meat and vegetables start to feel a bit plain, dipping them in the yogurt sauce adds a zesty and clean flavor, finishing with a creamy aftertaste.
- The sesame sauce contains peanuts, so it’s important for those with nut allergies to be cautious. However, if you have no issues with nuts, I highly recommend the sesame sauce! It’s slightly creamy with an intensely nutty flavor, somewhat reminiscent of a smooth peanut butter.
- The soy sauce has a bit of Cheongyang pepper added, which actually enhances its appeal. The slight spiciness from the pepper blends into the soy sauce, giving it a mildly tangy kick. If you want to enjoy a clean, straightforward flavor, this sauce is perfect. It’s not overly spicy, so you can enjoy it without any concern.

As I was finishing up the vegetables and meat, they brought out the perilla seed and seaweed porridge I ordered! It comes with a side of kimchi, and the porridge itself is topped with perilla seeds, seasoned ground meat, and finely chopped seaweed. The remaining broth in the pot is reduced to just the right amount for cooking the porridge. Then, the rice and ingredients from the bowl are added directly into the broth. The rice isn’t in its usual grain form but is prepared in a way that’s ideal for making porridge.

After adding the ingredients, use a ladle to gently press down and spread them evenly. Keep stirring continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pot. As you do this, the broth will gradually thicken, creating a perfect consistency for spooning up the porridge.
I really hope everyone gets to try this porridge. The broth, enriched with the savory flavors of the vegetables and meat that have been simmering, perfectly complements the organic ingredients used in the porridge. The result is a perfectly balanced dish that doesn’t even need additional seasoning—it's just right as it is.
Shabu-shabu isn’t a traditional Korean dish, but it has been reinterpreted in a Korean style, making it incredibly delicious. The simple menu allows you to focus on one dish, enhancing the overall dining experience.
If you want to enjoy both flavor and health in one meal, I highly recommend this place!
